What do you want to be known for?

When it comes to personal branding, we know that our skills and talents are one of the many factors that can and do differentiate us. Our expertise in a specific niche is what allows us to stand out. But there’s another essential part of our being and our personal brand that needs to be considered – our character.

One of the activities I have my clients work through is what I call the “attributes exercise.”  Clients spend time thinking through the five positive attributes that they want to be known for and the five negative attributes that they do not want to be known for.

Some positive and negative examples include:

🔥 Courageous, Determined, Ambitious, Generous, Helpful, Reliable, Successful, Thoughtful, Adventurous, Considerate.

🤷‍♀️ Bossy, Careless, Arrogant, Dishonest, Untrustworthy, Harsh, Impatient, Overcritical, Moody, Selfish.

Yes, your skills are essential and needed when creating a personal brand, but your character is what keeps people coming back to you!

What do you want to be known for? What five positive attributes do you want to be known for and what five negative attributes do you not want to be known for?

Yes, I want to sign up!

Remember, whatever you do, it matters. Wherever God places you, you can make a Kingdom impact!

Success... I look forward to connecting with you!
