Living with Intention and Purpose
Imagine looking back on your life. What do you hope to see?
Will you look back knowing that you lived it fully and with intention? Or will you look back with more regrets than you care to admit?
Friends, don’t wait for tomorrow to start living intentionally.
Instead, seize the opportunities that God has placed before you in your work and personal life so that you can impact culture for Christ!
Why is it important to live intentionally?
Friends, the research speaks for itself.
“There have been a number of studies suggesting that a higher sense of purpose in life is associated with reduced risk of early death.” ~ Eric S. Kim, Ph.D., Research Scientist
“Individuals who have a strong sense of purpose and meaning in life tend to have better mental health, overall well-being, and cognitive functioning compared to those who lack a sense of purpose.” ~ Stephanie Hooker and Kevin Masters, Sage Journals
“Feelings of loneliness were less common in people who reported a purposeful life, regardless of their age.” ~ Mathias Allemand (University of Zurich in Switzerland) and Gabriel Olaru (University in the Netherlands.)
What does it mean to live with intention?
It means you are purposefully choosing to pursue the life God has called you to. You are building a life around your core values and beliefs. You are living on purpose. But to do this, you must be deliberate in what you choose to do and be a part of.
This is why I’m so passionate about this topic and why I created this specific podcast episode and handout for you.
Friends, if you’re tired of just going through the motions every day, and if you’re tired of just “getting by,” then you’re in the right place! If you’re ready to live a life of intention and purpose and desire to impact culture through your work and make a difference in your community, then let’s do this!

What’s in it for you?
The episode and handout will guide you through specific reflection questions, empowering you to align your life and work with God’s calling. Uncover the five fundamental principles of living with intention and purpose:
Embrace new possibilities and expand your horizons.
Thrive in the present and make the most of where you are now.
Embrace your uniqueness and make a lasting impact with your gifts and talents.
Conquer fear and experience personal growth by stepping out of your comfort zone.
Impact culture in your community through your work.
Why is this important? Because being intentional requires you to be deliberate. If you never take the time to think through these specific questions, you’ll find yourself just “getting through the days” and going through life without really living it. And before you know it, the days and years have passed, and you’ll be left wondering where your God-ordained life went.
Why am I the person to guide you in this?
For over two decades, I’ve intentionally crafted my journey, choosing spaces, places, roles, and opportunities based on purpose, not material gain or societal expectations. This deliberate approach has allowed me to live a life filled with intention and purpose, guided by God’s direction. The guiding question has always been, how can I impact culture even more with this move, this new opportunity and experience? I am eager to share this wisdom with you, empowering you to embrace intentional living and make a lasting difference in your life and the world around you.
