Faith | Work | Culture

Friends, welcome to today’s latest episode on the She Impacts Culture podcast! I am thrilled to share my recent journey with all of you, which is all about Living with Intention and Purpose. This is a power-packed episode, so to make it easier for you, I’ve created a handout that you can download below. It’s filled with the questions I will walk you through during this episode, so be sure to download it and have it handy! The link is below!

If you’ve been following me on social media, you already know that I had an unforgettable trip to Italy this summer, where I delved into the world of entrepreneurship in the picturesque rural town of Urbania. This experience was not only a soul-nourishing adventure but also a perfect preparation for my upcoming role as the Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship & Endowed Faculty in Business Entrepreneurship at Indiana Wesleyan University. I’m super excited about the possibilities that lie ahead, and I’m equally thrilled to contribute to building an entrepreneurship program that empowers students to embrace their vocational calling as Christ-centered entrepreneurs. But….as I journeyed through Italy, I couldn’t help but think of each one of you, the extraordinary working Christian women who strive to make a positive impact in and through their work. So, today, I am eager to share my top takeaways from this trip in the hope that they will inspire and encourage you as you embrace the life and work that God has uniquely called you to.

In this episode, I specifically chat about:

  • Embracing the spirit of exploration and learning
  • Thriving where you’re planted
  • Embracing your unique vocational calling
  • Expanding your horizons and cultivating a global perspective
  • Solving problems and serving gaps in the community

As Christian working women seeking to impact culture through our faith and leadership, we need to take advantage of each day that God has given us. Psalm 39:4 says: “LORD, remind me how brief my time on earth will be. Remind me that my days are numbered— how fleeting my life is.”  Friends, Let’s take every opportunity that we have been given to live a full life where we are growing and learning so that we can ultimately impact culture for Christ. Never forget you are in your place and position for such a time as this! Let’s live life fully!
